Rapid Access Counselling service is available at the Brockville office Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. No appointment necessary. People are asked to call ahead for an appointment at the rural locations – Gananoque, Kemptville, Delta, Prescott and Smiths Falls to ensure a Counsellor is available to provide same day service
