About Us
Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health offers services and programmes to people who are experiencing addiction or mental health issues.
Mental health services are provided for individuals who are 16 years and older and addictions services to persons of any age. It is our goal to ensure that you have the skills and tools in place to live rewarding lives. We also recognize that family members and caregivers play a significant role within our client’s circle of care. Our programming includes support for family members and caregivers through counselling and group related activities.
The majority of our programs are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MoHLTC) through the South East Local Health Integration Network (SE LHIN). Some of our programmes are made possible by the generous grants of the United Way Leeds and Grenville, the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and the Ministry of the Attorney General. We are proud of the partnerships we build to better serve our clients.
Our agency continues to evolve as we strive to meet the needs expressed by our clientele. Our “one door – one number” philosophy ensures easy and simple access to the tools and support you need.
