Case Manager Substance Use (day and Evening Treatment)
The substance use Case Manager works within a multidisciplinary team to provide client- centered service that enables clients and their caregivers to achieve their highest level of functioning and independence consistent with their values, priorities, capabilities, and preferences for care. The case manager will work to provide individual and group-based services grounded in harm reduction, recovery, and life skills.

Case Manager- Back on Track
Back on Track is Ontario’s alcohol education and treatment program for people who have been convicted of an impaired driving offence. The purpose of the program, mandated by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, is for convicted impaired drivers to be assessed, educated/treated and subsequently reviewed six months after program completion. To get their Ontario driver license re-instated, convicted impaired drivers must complete all components of the BOT Program.
