Our Strategic Plan 2023-2025

We are pleased to share our new Strategic Plan that sets an exciting new course for our organization.

Working together, the LLGAMH Board of Directors and the leadership team developed a new direction for the organization for the next three years. Their work was guided by input from staff, community partners, and clients.

You’ll note from the ‘Plan on a Page’ that we have forged four priorities that focus on: Our People, Community Partner Development, Quality Improvement and Our Clients. We have also set clear deliverables for 2023.

We have the right people to achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves for 2023, but we can’t do all this work alone. Our community partners are important. They allow us to deliver the much-needed services to our clients. Work we can’t do ourselves.

Every staff member is reflected in this plan in how they are supported to do the best job possible and how they help provide the best care possible to our clients and their families.

We are excited to provide regular updates on our year one objective.
