Vision and Mission


To provide effective and timely addictions and mental health services and programming that promotes recovery, independence, and well-being to individuals and families in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville counties.


LLGAMH is recognized for providing timely access and end to end services from initial contact to integration into the community for clients and families. We have earned this reputation by:

  1. Offering a seamless flow of services for clients from initial contact and counselling to integration into the community
  2. Forging fully integrated, holistic, cooperative working relationships with other organizations that allow for supports and services for clients and their families
  3. Ensuring low wait times and timely access across all services
  4. Maintaining a competent and culturally engaged staff with demonstrated job satisfaction; low turnover rates  
  5. Providing services that are relevant and equally accessible to the whole community (i.e. rural, age, marginalized groups)
  6. Securing access to resources that are funded properly:
  7.  Providing strong stewardship that is financially responsible and accountable to the SELHIN and the public at large
  8. Practicing shared care: one team, one plan, and one family unit.  Client recovery is empowered by the team
